The project I’ve been promising you for over a year is finally here! I was going to surprise and delight everyone last week but with devastating fires in LA—it didn’t feel right and my attention was redirected to how I could help and serve others. My heart is still with everyone impacted and I won’t stop being in service to those who need it most. As I get back to work and start posting about hot smart rich things in addition to how we can help those who have lost everything, I hope this episode and future episodes bring you some joy during these tough times. What’s Coming Up

The reason HSR exists is this community. I serve you by showing up to engage, educate, and entertain you. And like so many others—over 30% of LA residents who rely on gig or contract work for their livelihood—this is my business, and I have to get back to work to continue to show up for this community, pay my employees, and to provide my mind a productive place to focus.

I couldn’t be more excited to share the podcast with you and Episode 1 is now live! I’m sharing personal reflections and the moments that led me here—an introduction to becoming Hot Smart Rich and what it is all about.

This wasn’t part of the plan but today I’m filming the second episode where I’m diving into the eight lessons I have for 2025 that were birthed out of living through the last week in LA—how crisis, business, and life intersect in ways you wouldn’t expect.

And for episode 3? Lucky #3 features a guest whose story you won’t want to miss (wink wink).
